This group is for clients with C-PTSD who struggle during the holiday season. Adults of all genders welcome, membership capped at 10. GA residents only.

Online, 10-week closed group with a specific topic each week. The group will begin with a short educational talk on a topic related to complex trauma, followed by discussion and peer connection. Topics will help clients navigate the season whether they are alone or with difficult family members, with an emphasis on emotional regulation and building positive experiences.
